The breakfast had a great quality. There was free tea and coffee available all day. The staff were helpful and modern. I appreciated the cleanliness and the hotel being close to main attractions. The location allowed exploration by foot. The shower was also great and super clean clean. I liked they had a free tea and water station.
My room lacked air conditioning as advertised, the thermostat remained at 21C always, i never felt it turn on, a disappointment.

The double room had a modest yet very clean appearance, which i found cute after a long day. It also offered sufficient space for luggage, and basic amenities met my needs adequately, which i appreciated.

the breakfast had an enormous choice of food.. i could eat a sweet breakfast or an egg-bacon breakfast. i also got an upgrade, so i was happy to have a two-person bed instead of a one-person bed. the hot chocolate from the coffee machine was very pleasant.
the air conditioner intermittently rattled loudly, even when i put it on fan. it was so loud and terrible, and it was really difficult to sleep. the showers also would intermittently go very hot then very cold.

The location was very convenient. It was easy to get to shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet included vegan options like hummus and lentil spread. Porridge was also available, which I found satisfying.
The room lacked soundproofing. I could hear people walking in the corridor. The bed had two small mattresses instead of one big one. there was no fridge in the room, a significant inconvenience during the summer months.
